North Shropshire MP Helen Morgan said: “Boris Johnson must stand down. He is incompetent, he is a liar and his resignation has been overdue since before I was elected back in December. While these resignations are welcome, they stink of hypocrisy."

Whitchurch Station - Helen backs plans for accessible layout

North Shropshire MP Helen Morgan has formally supported a bid to bring step-free access to Whitchurch Railway Station. The MP and fellow Liberal Democrats in the area have long campaigned for the layout of the station to be changed to ensure that people with disabilities and mobility issues can reach both platforms.

North Shropshire MP Helen Morgan swapped the debating chamber for the cockpit as she was given a taste of helicopter pilot training at RAF Shawbury. The Lib Dem MP was welcomed by Station Commander Group Captain Phil Wadlow, Commandant of No.1 Flying Training School and The Defence College of Air and Space Operations (DCASO).

North Shropshire MP Helen Morgan told the Government to wake up and act as she tabled a motion in Parliament on the ambulance crisis. The Lib Dem MP put forward the motion as seriously-injured patients continue to face huge waits for ambulances, with rural areas like North Shropshire facing the worst delays.
