Helen Morgan near her home in rural North Shropshire

Helen Morgan is concerned about poor mobile phone coverage in many parts of North Shropshire. “A reliable mobile signal is at the core of functioning communities and thriving businesses," says Helen.

Although some efforts are being made to improve coverage in rural areas, Helen is concerned that many mobile 'not-spots' will remain.

To help deal with this problem, Helen Morgan is calling for mobile network operators to share their equipment in rural areas or to introduce 'rural roaming' so that residents can use other networks if their own network has no coverage.

Helen's Rural Roaming Petition

I'm backing Helen's calls to force mobile network operators to share their equipment in rural areas or introduce 'rural roaming'.
