Time to tackle rogue developers

Sign the petition below>>>

Like many parts of the country, North Shropshire has been affected by rogue developers. Dozens of local residents have been forced to fork out thousands of pounds after rogue developers left essential infrastructure unfinished, including sewers and feeder roads.

Helen Morgan MP is campaigning for a law change that would protect homebuyers by making sure all the required infrastructure is in place before new properties are built. This would prevent dodgy developers from selling properties and disappearing before infrastructure is complete.

Back Helen's campaign to change the law below and sign her petition to the Secretary of State.
