Helen Morgan MP has taken to her feet in Parliament to protest planned Government cuts to farming support. The cuts come at a time when the cost of fuel, fertiliser and feed is rocketing, and before a proper replacement scheme is in place for farmers.

The Liberal Democrats are calling on the Secretary of State for DEFRA to halt the cut in the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) until our farmers have had time to adopt the new scheme.
